• Schools, teachers, and institutions using Makon.ai must ensure compliance with applicable student-data and privacy regulations.

2. Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

Makon.ai is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Services

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services
• Use AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

Makon.ai provides SAT, DSAT, ACT, AP, IB, and other exam-related content, including:

• Question Banks
• Drills
• AI Tutor
• AI Video Explanations
• Study Plans
• Vocabulary Flashcards
• Mock Tests

We do not guarantee specific score improvements.

Educational content may include AI-generated or instructor-generated explanations that may not always be error-free. Users should verify critical information independently.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Makon.ai offers free trials, monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription through the App Store, Play Store, or web:

• You authorize recurring payments
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled
• You can manage cancellations through your account or app store
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law

Promotions, discounts, or trial periods are subject to change.

6. AI Features

Some Services use AI technologies to:

• Generate video explanations
• Provide reasoning for questions
• Offer tutoring support
• Create study plans
• Summarize text or video
• Analyze performance

AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should use their own judgment and treat outputs as supplemental guidance.

7. User Content

You may upload or create content such as notes, answers, voice messages, or chat inputs.

By using the Services, you grant Makon.ai a limited license to store, process, and use your content solely for:

• Operating the platform
• Improving AI models
• Providing personalized experiences

You retain all ownership rights to your content.

8. B2B / Institutional Use

Schools, tutors, and educational organizations using Makon.ai's B2B platform must:

• Ensure student/parent consent
• Comply with FERPA, COPPA, and applicable regulations
• Use data responsibly and only for educational purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of analytics dashboards and student performance data

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, content, graphics, AI models, and platform features are the exclusive property of Makon App, Inc.

You may not use Makon.ai's brand, mascot, UI, or content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Makon.ai may integrate with third parties (Google, Apple, payment providers, analytics tools). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of their services.

We are not responsible for third-party failures or errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Makon.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee exam results, score changes, admissions outcomes, or academic performance
• Your use of the Services is "as is" and at your own risk

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse AI features
• Misuse content or distribute proprietary materials

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms
